Biography
Latasha Howell is an entrepreneur, an avid community volunteer, an encourager, and a cycle breaking influencer. Latasha believes that through formal and informal education, mentorship coaching, and relationship building, her gifts can be refined so she can motivate those around her. As a leader, Latasha is a bridge builder, a changemaker, and a cycle breaker. She intentionally looks for positive sustainable ways to fill the gaps in communities. It is her purpose to operate with integrity, mercy, and love at all times no matter the environment. These actions continue to reinforce Latasha’s ethical leadership, her awareness, and sensitivity as a role model in the community.
Becoming a teen mom at 15 years old did not stop Latasha from graduating at 17 years old with her high school diploma. She went on to serve in the US Navy, studied Technical Communications at OSU-OKC, received her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and her Master of Science Management in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Southern Nazarene University. Latasha is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Education in Administration and Leadership and is on track for graduation in 2025. Her dissertation research topic is The Impact of Caseworker Involvement on Single Mothers: Exploring Relational Bonds and Supportive Dynamics.
